Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at HanimeGlowArts Store. We take pride in the quality and uniqueness of the anime-themed decorative lighting and home decor items we offer. Your satisfaction is our priority, and as such, we have outlined our Return and Refund Policy below:

Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, you can contact us at harrylin259@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only offered if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or for items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Exchange Process: If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at harrylin259@gmail.com and follow the instructions provided for returns.
